After a successful career spanning 20 years in leadership positions at companies like Microsoft and Unilever, Mehmet recognized a critical gap in the Turkish business landscape: the absence of high-quality, culturally-attuned business coaching services tailored to the unique challenges of the Turkish market.
What began as a one-person consultancy in a small office in Istanbul's Levent district has grown into Turkey's premier business coaching firm. Our first major breakthrough came in 2012 when we helped a struggling family-owned manufacturing business transform its operations and expand into European markets, resulting in a 300% revenue increase within 18 months.
